**Due to COVID-19 and summer heat, we are shipping Monday through Thursday using 2-day and overnight service only except for the Tristate Area until November**

  1. To ensure overnight delivery, all orders must be placed by noon that day and will be shipped that day.
  2. For Friday delivery all orders must be placed by NOON on Thursday.
  3. No Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Additional Shipping Notes

  1. Please alert your recipient to be on the lookout for their delivery. Please understand that we cannot be responsible if your order is misplaced or damaged and not picked up once it’s delivered.
  2.  Please know that FedEx is having delivery issues at this time and because many business and addresses during the quarantine are not accepting packages, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or misplaced.

Shipping with FEDEX

We ship using Federal Express. Once the package has left our facility, Mariebelle cannot assume responsibility for any shipping delays/problems due solely to the shipping carrier. Please know that FedEx does not always recognize notes left for delivery instructions. We always recommend leaving these instructions but cannot guarantee that they will be followed.

Our shipping rates are calculated by the amount spent per delivery address, and are listed below based on Ground Shipping via FedEx.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within 1 business day, except during busy holiday seasons of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s day, Easter and Mother’s Day.

Special Considerations

Warm weather

Your chocolates’ freshness is our top priority, so when we ship to destinations over 68º we will add a $7.50 fee to your order for cooling materials. These are necessary to preserve the integrity of your chocolates.


We do not ship packages over weekends; those orders will be held until the following Monday. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend. No orders are processed on Fridays unless arrangements are made by phoning our corporate office at 718-599-5515.

So, for example, if your package is shipping 2 Day Air, select only a Ship Date of Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. If your package is shipping Overnight, select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Please keep in mind that orders received after 3 pm will be considered placed the following day.

Signing for your chocolates

Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx to leave package without a signature. We found that this policy works best for most of our clients. This avoids the possibility of chocolate being held overnight in a hot storage facility where it may melt.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Errors in placing your order

The accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt. MarieBelle New York is not responsible for errors in information, and costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you, as well as a $10 shipping charge for the return or re-delivery of your package.

Perishable product

As all of our products are sensitive to weather conditions, our customer service team may determine that your order might not arrive in an ideal condition if we ship in the manner you have selected. The customer service team will therefore fulfill your order and ship it by the best means possible.

Order Arrival

Track Your Order Here with your FedEx tracking number(s). Orders shipping Ground leave our Brooklyn facility within 48 hours of processing. Orders shipping 2nd Day Air and Overnight Air are shipped within 24 hours of processing.

Ground orders may be delivered anywhere from 1 to 8 business days after you place your order, depending on delivery location.

Remember FedEx only delivers on business days, so for expedited delivery see shipping chart below.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with Ground shipping.
