Orders placed before 12PM EST will be processed for shipping the same day or the following business day. Some exceptions apply.


SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR ON-TIME MOTHER'S DAY ARRIVAL

Last day to ship via FedEx Ground to arrive before Mother's Day, May 3rd.

Last day to ship via FedEx 2-Day to arrive before Mother's Day, May 4th.

Last day to ship via FedEx Overnight to arrive before Mother's Day, May 5th.

$13.99 FLAT GROUND SHIPPING, $17.99 2-DAY SHIPPING and $20 OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

OUTSIDE OF THE TRISTATE AREA (NY, NJ and CT)

$17.99 2-DAY SHIPPING and $35 OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

And Free Shipping with Orders of $130 and over. (For domestic shipments only)

**Due to COVID-19 and summer heat, we are shipping Monday through Thursday using 2-day and overnight service only except for the Tristate Area until November**

To ensure overnight delivery, all orders must be placed by noon that day and will be shipped that day.

For Friday delivery all orders must be placed by NOON on Thursday.

No Saturday or Sunday delivery.


Additional Shipping Notes

Please alert your recipient to be on the lookout for their delivery. Please understand that we cannot be responsible if your order is misplaced or damaged and not picked up once it’s delivered.
Please know that FedEx is having delivery issues at this time and because many business and addresses during the quarantine are not accepting packages, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or misplaced.

SHIPPING METHODS

Packages shipped via Ground shipping are generally in transit for 1 to 5 business days based upon the destination and carrier volume. If Ground shipping isn’t available at check-out, this is because the temperatures or time in transit could cause melting or spoilage.

Packages shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping deliver Monday through Friday only. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date we encourage you to choose an Express shipping method.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

(PERISHABLE) SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to ensure that all our hand-made beautiful chocolates are delivered in perfect condition.

Fed-Ex is our preferred shipping vendor and delivery days and transit times are set per their guidelines. Our primary shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

To protect the quality of your chocolate, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY

To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders shipping to destinations with warm weather or longer transit times, we offer OVERNIGHT or 2-Day Shipping. Ground shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit. All shipping boxes will include complimentary cooling materials where needed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. Canada destinations are not eligible for Free Shipping

Signing for your chocolates

Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx to leave package without a signature. We found that this policy works best for most of our clients. This avoids the possibility of chocolate being held overnight in a hot storage facility where it may melt.

Errors in placing your order

The accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt. MarieBelle New York is not responsible for errors in information, and costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you, as well as a $10 shipping charge for the return or re-delivery of your package.
