Does MarieBelle New York Chocolates offer Dairy-Free products?

We have a little something for all chocolate lovers! Our Dark Chocolate Bark with Almond, Pistachios or Hazelnut are all dairy free as well as all of our chocolate bars, with the exception of our Milk Chocolate, Milk Croquette and Maya Dark Chocolate bars. Does MarieBelle New York Chocolates offer Gluten-Free products?

We have a little something for even the gluten-free lovers; all MarieBelle chocolate truffles, caramels, and teas are Gluten-free as well as our hot chocolates - excluding the milk hazelnut variation. For a full list of gluten-free products, shop here.

Does MarieBelle New York Chocolates offer Kosher products?

Yes, we are proudly Kosher certified, and all of our products are all natural. To assure you, you can view our Kosher Certification for 2024 MarieBelle New York Kosher Chocolates and shop all of our Kosher-approved chocolates here.

What is chocolate ganache and what is it infused with?

MarieBelle New York’s chocolate ganache is a soft square of rich, indulgent chocolate coated in dark chocolate and enveloping a cream filled with complementary milk or dark chocolate, depending on the flavor infused to highlight its robust flavor profile.

Do any of MarieBelle chocolate products contain alcohol?

For longevity, most of our chocolate ganache contains minimal traces of alcohol for preservation purposes. We do have liquor-infused items - including our 16pc Chocolate Cherries containing Armagnac Brandy.

What is the shelf life of MarieBelle chocolate products?

Shelf life varies by each product; you can view the exact details of each under the Product Details of every item on their respective product pages.

Chocolate Ganache have a shelf life of 6 weeks;

Chocolate Bars have a shelf life of 2 year

Chocolate Brownies have a shelf life of 1 week 

Chocolate Caramels have a shelf life of 6 months.

Hot Chocolate have a shelf life of 1 year.

What are the main allergens contained in MarieBelle products?

Allergens vary by each product; you can view the exact allergens of each under the Product Details of every item on their respective product pages.  Otherwise, our main allergens will be Milk, Soy, and Tree Nuts. Please keep in mind though, our products are produced in a facility that also processes Wheat and Pistachio, Hazelnut, Coconut and other Tree Nuts.

How should I store my MarieBelle chocolates upon receiving them?

For storage, chocolates should be well kept in a room temperature-controlled environment. Please note if you do want to store chocolates in the fridge, there is no problem. However, for longevity purposes, we recommend keeping chocolate ganache and chocolate brownies stored in your fridge or freezer to enjoy for a longer time.

Ordering

Does MarieBelle New York offer gift certificates?

We most certainty do! You can purchase a gift card to send electronically here, or you can purchase a physical gift card at any of our retail locations.  Keep in mind, no matter where the gift certificate is purchased, it is only usable via our website and retail locations.  Unfortunately, MarieBelle's Cacao Bar (located behind our flagship store in Soho) does not currently accept gift cards. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you want to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@mariebelle.com within two hours of placing the order.

Keep in mind, If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot honor your request.

What is the process once my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Please keep in mind orders placed after 12pm noon, ship out the following business day (unless a Friday; we do not ship on Fridays).

What is the policy for In-Store Pickup?

We will reserve your order for up to one week. If it remains uncollected after this period, refunds will not be issued. See Our Stores for exact hours and location of each boutique. For further assistance email soho@mariebelle.com.

Why does my tracking says canceled by sender?

Don’t be alarmed! MarieBelle New York Chocolates sometimes may need to create an updated shipping label for your purchase, but you can always reach out to our customer service team for updates.

How can I add/edit the shipping address, gift note, email, or name in my order?

If you need to edit any of the above information, please contact customerservice@mariebelle.com to change this. Please try to make this request within 2 hours of placing your order. Also, please note if the order has been fulfilled and the package has left the facility any address correction and returned package fees will be charged to the customer.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is MarieBelle's shipping policy?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please keep in mind: 12 PM EST is the daily cut-off time for orders placed online at www.mariebelle.com

Orders placed before 12PM EST will be processed for shipping the same day or the following business day. Read all the details on our Shipping Policy Page.

What are MarieBelle's shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are as follows: 

Shipping Overnight:  $47.00     

Shipping 2-Day Flat Air: $28.00

Shipping Flat Ground: $17.00

Does MarieBelle ship internationally?

We currently only ship domestically within the US and Canada but we will be implementing international shipping in the future.

How does MarieBelle New York pack and ship items?

Our products are packed using appropriate packaging which can include ice packs, weather-proof bubble wrap and foam. Shipping methods vary depending on delivery address and can be shipped ground, 2 day or overnight.

What is MarieBelle New York's Return Policy?

We appreciate your purchase of our chocolates. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any chocolate products once they have reached their destination.

What is MarieBelle New York's Exchange Policy?

We do not offer exchanges.

Why am I only given a choice between Overnight and 2-Day Flat Ar?

Depending on your shipping address during specific times of the year, you may not have the ability to choose Ground Shipping; this is because some destinations are much warmer than others and to ensure your chocolates arrive safely, we limit your shipping options to limit the risk of damage while in transit. 

Does MarieBelle ship to PO Box?

Unfortunately, we do not accept PO box addresses.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged or melted?

If items are delivered damaged or melted, please contact customerservice@mariebelle.com with the packing slip and photos of the items. Please be sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

If I place an order online, would MarieBelle be able to ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, shipping to multiple addresses is not currently possible due to our system’s limitations. We hope to initiate this issue for the upcoming year.

Pick-Up & Local Delivery

What is MarieBelle's Pick-Up Policy?

Does MarieBelle offer local delivery or local pick-up?

Yes, MarieBelle does offer this from our local Soho Store located at 484 Broome Street New York, NY 10013.

When placing an order for local delivery, make sure to click on “Local Delivery” as the shipping option.   You can schedule a local delivery and/or pickup from our website once you’ve entered a New York Manhattan address. Addresses outside of Manhattan will not be accepted for local delivery and/or pickup. 

If for some reason you’re having trouble placing an order for local delivery or local pick-up, please contact customerservice@mariebelle.com.  

Does MarieBelle offer a same-day delivery service?

Yes, MarieBelle does offer this service from the Soho Store and Kitano location in New York (keep in mind business hours vary by location - the Kitano location is closed on weekends).

Once you place the order on our website just choose the local delivery option as a shipping method. Same-day deliveries are only available before 2pm, 7 days a week. Orders after 2pm will be delivered the next day. Please keep in mind that this type of service serves only the greater Manhattan area, NY addresses only.

Can I choose a delivery time or pickup time for my package?

Yes, you can. Here at MarieBelle New York Chocolates we encourage our customers to register for FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS My Choice. These two services allow the customer to track delivery progress, authorize the release of packages, and specify where to leave upon delivery. Keep in mind, that you can not schedule a time directly from our website. 

However, if you placed a local delivery/pickup from our Soho Store you can call 212-925-6999 (Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm, Weekends 11am - 8pm) for any updates on your delivery or to schedule a pick-up for your chocolates.

You can also place a pick-up order from our Park Avenue location in the Kitano Hotel by calling 212-885-7177 (Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, Closed on Weekends).

What are your store hours?

Soho Flagship Store: Monday to Thursday: 11am to 7pm; Friday & Sunday from 11am to 8pm.

MarieBelle at The Kitano Hotel: Monday to Thursday: 10am to 5pm; Fridays: 10am to 6pm; Saturdays & Sundays Closed.

MarieBelle at The Pierre Hotel: Monday to Sunday: 10am to 5pm.

Where are you located?

Soho Flagship Store: 

Our world-renown Soho Boutique is located at 484 Broome street between Wooster and West Broadway. The closest subway stations are the A, C, E, and 1 trains at the Canal Street stop, the N/R train at the Prince Street stop and C, E, 6 train on the Spring Street stop.

MarieBelle at The Kitano Hotel: 

This midtown boutique is located on the corner of 66 Park Avenue between 38th Street and 37th Street. The closest subways stations are the 4,5,6, and 7 trains at Grand Central Station and the 6 train at 33rd Street station.

MarieBelle at The Pierre Hotel:

This location is home to our newest boutique, located at 2nd East 61st Street, entrance through 5th Avenue. The closest subways stations are the N,R,W at 5th Avenue and 59th Street.

Can I host an event at your boutique?

We provide various special menus adaptable to different occasions at our Cacao Bar. From intimate events like baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to memorable chocolate tasting events, we offer it all. Our team is eager to assist you in planning a remarkable event. How do I make a reservation at MarieBelle’s Cacao Bar?

Customization & Bulk Orders

Can you do a custom design, logo, or art on MarieBelle chocolates?

MarieBelle New York can include your logo or image on any of our chocolate ganache. Customization fees vary based on the number of colors per logo and the number of logos. How do I proceed with creating my own custom-made MarieBelle chocolates?

You can fill out our contact form available on our website at Customization | MarieBelle or you can email us at corporate@mariebelle.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days. 

How can I see a mock-up of what my custom pieces will look like?

Send a PDF or JPG file of your art to corporate@mariebelle.com and our design team will create a virtual mockup (with no obligation) to discuss design and/or approvals.

We offer several ways of creating your own bespoke chocolates with various customization options to work within your budget, including hangtags, sleeves, inserts, belly bands, ribbons, box sizes, and packaging.
