What is the difference between your blue box and red box collections?

Our blue boxes are leather-like in appearance and feature designs and flavor that are available all year round. Our red boxes, on the other hand, have a snakeskin textured feel and feature seasonal designs and flavors. Our pink boxes feature gold embossing with pink gemstones and also feature seasonal designs and flavors.

Do you offer dairy free products?

We have a little something for all chocolate lovers! Our Dark Chocolate Bark with Almond, Pistachios or Hazelnut are all dairy free as well as all of our chocolate bars, with the exception of our Milk Chocolate, Milk Croquette and Maya Dark Chocolate bars.

Do you offer Kosher products?

Yes, we are  Kosher certified, and all of our products are all natural. You can view our certificate here.

Boutique

What are your store hours?

Our SoHo boutique is open Monday – Sunday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Where are you located?

Our Soho Boutique is located at 484 Broome street between Wooster and West Broadway. The closest subway stations are A, C, E, and 1 train at Canal St. stop, N/R train at Prince St. stop and C, E, 6 train on Spring St. stop.

Can I host an event at your boutique?

We offer many types of special menus that can be adapted to different occasions. We can host many types of intimate event at our Cacao Bar Café, including baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties. We also offer memorable chocolate tasting events. Shopping & Shipping

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer two types of gift certificates. One type of certificate can be used in store, and an e-gift certificate that can be used online.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship domestically within the US and Canada but we will be implementing international shipping in the future

How do you pack and ship your items?

Our products are packed using appropriate packaging which can include ice packs, weather-proof bubble wrap and foam. Shipping methods vary depending on delivery address and can be shipped ground, 2 day or overnight.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Can you do a custom logo on your chocolates?

We have the ability to include your logo or image on our chocolates. Customization fees vary based on the amount of colors per logo and the number of logos to be customized.
