Shipping rates

Our shipping rates are calculated by the amount spent per delivery address, and are listed below based on Ground Shipping via UPS.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within 1 business day, except during busy holiday seasons of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s day, Easter and Mother’s Day.

Expedited deliveries

We offer a range or expedited delivery options, listed below.

– 2nd Day Air: Adds a $10 surcharge to your base shipping rate.
– Next Day Air: Adds a $25 surcharge to your base shipping rate.
– Saturday delivery: Orders must be placed on Friday for next-day delivery. Please call our corporate office at (718) 599 5515 before 2 pm on Friday.

Local Deliveries

Our New York shops can messenger your order for same day delivery if you call before 3pm. Please call our retail store at 212-925-6999 Ext. 1

Special Considerations

Warm weather

Your chocolates’ freshness is our top priority, so when we ship to destinations over 68º we will add a $7.50 fee to your order for cooling materials. These are necessary to preserve the integrity of your chocolates.


We do not ship packages over weekends; those orders will be held until the following Monday. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend. No orders are processed on Fridays unless arrangements are made by phoning our corporate office at 718-599-5515 ext. 103.

So, for example, if your package is shipping 2 Day Air, select only a Ship Date of Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. If your package is shipping Overnight, select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Please keep in mind that orders received after 3 pm will be considered placed the following day.

Signing for your chocolates

Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows UPS to leave package without a signature. We found that this policy works best for most of our clients. This avoids the possibility of chocolate being held overnight in a hot storage facility where it may melt.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Errors in placing your order

The accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt. MarieBelle New York is not responsible for errors in information, and costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you, as well as a $10 shipping charge for the return or re-delivery of your package.

Perishable product

As all of our products are sensitive to weather conditions, our customer service team may determine that your order might not arrive in an ideal condition if we ship in the manner you have selected. The customer service team will therefore fulfill your order and ship it by the best means possible.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted by MarieBelle New York only upon a prior written agreement and in no case more than 48 hours after delivery to a recipient. NO return of perishables will be accepted for a refund.

Where MarieBelle New York accepts a return in the case of an obvious flaw or the nonconformity of the products delivered with an order, we will allow the free replacement of the product or the return of the amount paid by the purchaser with a proof of the damage in the form of a picture on arrival. In making a purchase, the purchaser, on behalf of him/herself and any recipient of the purchase, waives any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.

Order Arrival

Track Your Order Here with your UPS tracking number(s). Orders shipping Ground leave our Brooklyn facility within 48 hours of processing. Orders shipping 2nd Day Air and Overnight Air are shipped within 24 hours of processing.

Ground orders may be delivered anywhere from 1 to 8 business days after you place your order, depending on delivery location.

Remember UPS only delivers on business days, so for expedited delivery see shipping chart below.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with Ground shipping.
