Our Vintage Ganache Cake is a fairy tale come to life. A rich, decadent cake made from the finest 65% dark chocolate ganache and delicate European wafers, nestled in a limited edition box simulating an antique brown or red book. 15 servings. Not really a cake, but o chocolate confection. The “cake” is composed by one layer of hazelnut praline mixed with feuilletine, a brittle crispy flakes with caramelized, buttery flavors, giving the praline a very nice mouthfeel and crunch. The next layer is a thick layer of dark chocolate gianduja mixed with orange peel, raisins and dried cranberries, coated in cocoa powder and decorated with a golden print. This cake is very rich and smooth which is why it is recommended to take in small portions. The cake comes encased in a beautiful vintage book packaging giving it a more elegant and artistic look.
