Chocolate Road is a documentary film about three renowned chocolatiers. Featuring Maribel Lieberman, Susumu Koyama and Mikkel Friis-Holm where they take us on a journey of where chocolate comes from. Through this journey, they teach how important it is to know the roots of their prime material and they take us the through the process of craft chocolate-making, starting from the very beginning all the way to the final chocolate piece. Each of them describe the social impact of the people involved in the chocolate production chain since it starts all the way from the plantations to the final product.
