The "Maribel Lieberman" kitchen opens at Unitec with gastronomic celebration  The Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, Unitec, elevating its vision of being an international reference university in the training of leading professionals, inaugurated the Kitchen "Maribel Lieberman", in the middle of a busy gastronomic celebration; It was attended by the most important personalities of the culinary union in our country, both they and the students of the Bachelor of Gastronomy were witnesses of this momentous event for the development of education in Honduras.  Of course we counted on the participation of Maribel Lieberman, outstanding Honduran entrepreneur of the chocolate industry in the United States, she is precisely who has been the inspiration in the conceptualization of this Gastronomic laboratory in Unitec Tegucigalpa.  The kitchen has an architectural design of first level, it is heated to create the perfect temperature for cooking, has stainless steel furniture and work tables with white marble surfaces that constitute the ideal space to develop chocolate and other techniques gastronomy  "The determination of Unitec is always to innovate and promote the use of technology in all fields of study. With the inauguration of the Kitchen "Maribel Lieberman" we are committed to continue contributing to the growth of Honduran gastronomy, promoting the formation of creative and successful professionals ". They were the words of Rosalpina Rodríguez, Executive President of Unitec. The school was named after Maribel’s Name “School of Gastronomy Maribel Lieberman” already counts with 125 students!
