OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Our customers have a choice of shipping options: Express for overnight delivery, or Regular Shipping for 3-7 day service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to addresses within the US. AK and HI customers are eligible for EXPRESS DELIVERY only. Orders placed after 3PM are packed and shipped on the next available shipping day. See below for more details.
We strongly recommend that our customers be available to sign for packages at the time of delivery. Our shipping partners have permission to leave packages at the specified shipping address if there is no one to sign for delivery. MarieBelle New York is NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not offer refunds for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address that is specified by the customer. If you choose the “Signature Required” option ($2.00 surcharge), your package will be delivered only if it is signed for. If no one is present at the delivery time, then the Shipper’s standard practice is that they will make 2 more delivery attempts before they return the package to us. MarieBelle is NOT responsible and will not offer refunds if the package is melted or damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made.
Please note: if you are choosing to order any of our boxes of chocolate ganache, and it is Summer/Springtime/a warmer month, or you are sending them to an address located in a warmer region (Southern states like FL, TX, GA; NV or CA; Mid-Atlantic; etc) please consider shipping the item via overnight delivery, as these chocolates may melt during transit if the shipment is not delivered promptly. We strongly recommend overnight delivery for all our chocolate products.
SHIPPING DATES and DEADLINES:
General Guidelines
- Our daily ordering deadline for all orders, regardless of method of shipping,is 3PM EST. This means that orders that are submitted after 3PM may not be packed and shipped until the next applicable business day.
- Recipients in AK and HI can only receive packages via EXPRESS DELIVERY; all relevant rates apply.
Rules governing "Regular Shipping” ($14 - $30):
- Orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM, EST, on Monday and Tuesday will be packed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on Wednesday AFTER 3PM EST and anytime on Thursday, Friday and throughout the weekend WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL the following Monday. If we feel that the items will be in transit over the weekend due to holiday scheduling or any other circumstance, we may choose to hold the shipment until the following Monday. Therefore we cannot guarantee Monday delivery.
- All orders placed on Thursday and Friday for Regular Shipping will not ship until the following Monday.
- Regular Shipping rates are as follows:
- Order total< $25 = $14 shipping
- $25.01 - $66 = $17 shipping
- $66.01 - $150 = $23 shipping
- $150.01 - $500 = $30 shipping
Rules governing “Express Shipping” ($25 - $50):
- Express orders placed before 3PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be shipped for next day delivery. Express shipping rates apply.
- Saturday delivery is available only on orders placed by 3PM EST on the day (Friday) before. There is no way to request Saturday delivery if it is any other day of the week.
- Regular Shipping rates are as follows:
- Order total< $25 = $25 shipping
- $25.01 - $66 = $32 shipping
- $66.01 - $150 = $40 shipping
- $150.01 - $500 = $50 shipping
